Investment

Client agrees to pay RM 500 for the Professional Resume Writing Services, charged before the session/service is commenced.
Resume Writing does not guarantee employment nor promotion.
All Client information is held confidential by Career Coach.
Payment made are non-refundable after commencement of resume writing process.

Client agrees to:

Provide nescessary information requested by the career coach.
Meet the information submission dateline.
Inform Career Coach of difficulties or issues raised from providing information requested by the Career Coach.
Make payments before proceeding with resume writing services.
Give a full committment and cooperation in the process of writing/crafting resume.

Career Coach agrees to:

Deliver the clients finish product (resume) within stated date as agreed by both parties.
Allow clients to request changes / amendments upon finished resume for 2 times only.
Inform client of issues or problems stemming from the resume writing process.
Keep all clients personal informations as private and confidential.
Delivering the finish product(resume) to the clients only as per name stated in the form.

Resume making process will take approximately 11 days to be completed depending on the client committments in providing the nescessary information requested by the coach.
